**1.** طَوَيْتُ طَرِيقَ الْقَوْمِ بِالْمُصْطَفَى الْكَنْزِ / وَطَــهَ أَمِينِي فَهْوَ لِي مُخْلِــــدٌ فَوْزِي

_Ṭawaytu ṭarīqa al-qawmi bi-al-Muṣṭafā al-kanzi / Wa Ṭāhā amīnī fahuwa lī mukhlidun fawzī_

I folded the path of the folk through the Chosen Treasure, and Taha is my guardian who makes my success eternal.

**2.** حَمَانِي عَنِ الدَّهْرِ الْمُسِيءِ وَإِنَّنِــــي / عَلَى سُنَنِ الْـهَادِي الَّذِي اللّٰهُ لاَ يُخْزِي

_Ḥamānī ‘ani al-dahri al-musī’i wa innanī / ‘Alā sunani al-hādī alladhī Allāhu lā yukhzī_

He protected me from the ill-fortunes of time, and I am upon the way of the Guide whom Allah shall never disgrace.

**3.** يَحُوزُ مُحِبُّ الْمُصْطَفَى مَا يَرُومُـــهُ / وَلاَ تَتَرَبَّصْ رَيْبَ دَهْرٍ لِذَا الْكَنْــــزِ

_Yaḥūzu muḥibbu al-Muṣṭafā mā yarūmuhu / Wa lā tatarabbaṣ rayba dahrin li-dhā al-kanzi_

The lover of the Chosen One attains whatever he seeks; do not wait for the calamities of time to affect this Treasure.

**4.** إِلَـــهٌ شَكُورٌ وَاسِــــــــعٌ مُتَفَضِّـــــلٌ / عَزِيزٌ فَلاَ يُلْفَى سِـــوَاهُ عَلَى عِــــزِّ

_Ilāhun shakūrun wāsi’un mutafaḍḍilun / ‘Azīzun fa-lā yulfā siwāhu ‘alā ‘izzī_

A God who is Grateful, Vast, and Bestowing; Mighty, and none besides Him is found in true glory.

**5.** مَتِينٌ غَنِيٌّ وَهْــــــوَ كَافٍ عَبِيــــدَهُ / عَلَى أَمَلِ الدَّارَيْنِ حَوْزًا عَلَى حَوْزِ

_Matīnun ghanīyyun wahuwa kāfin ‘abīdahu / ‘Alā amala al-dārayni ḥawzan ‘alā ḥawzī_

The Firm, the Rich, and He is sufficient for His servants regarding the hopes of both worlds, attainment after attainment.

**6.** يَكِلُّ قِلاَمِي عِنْدَ وَصْفِ إِلَـهِنَــــا / فَفِيهِ سَوَاءٌ مُكْثِرٌ وَأَخُــو رَمْــــزِ

_Yakillu qilāmī ‘inda waṣfi ilāhinā / Fa-fīhi sawā’un mukthirun wa akhū ramzī_

My pens grow weary when describing our God, for in this, the one who speaks much and the one who speaks in symbols are equal.

**7.** كَذَلِــــكَ أَوْصَـــافُ الْأَمِينِ لِأَنَّــهُ / كَأَوْصَافِهِ مِنْ دُونِ فَرْقٍ وَلاَ مَيْزِ

_Kadhālika awṣāfu al-amīni li-annahū / Ka-awṣāfihi min dūni farqin wa lā mayzī_

Such are the attributes of the Trustworthy One, for he is like His attributes without separation or distinction.

**8.** بِهِ أَسْتَجِيرُ الدَّهْرَ حِبًّا وَخَادِمًا / فَلاَ نَالَنِي مِنْ مُبْغِضِي بَطْشَةُ الْبَـزِّ

_Bihi astajīru al-dahra ḥibban wa khādiman / Fa-lā nālanī min mubghiḍī baṭshatu al-bazzī_

In him I seek refuge throughout time as a lover and a servant, so the assault of the plunderer from my haters never reaches me.

**9.** وَلاَ ضَرَّنِي غَدْرُ الْغَدُورِ وَقَدْحُــهُ / بِطَهَ اعْتِلاَئِي دُونَ ضَرْبٍ وَلاَ وَكْزِ

_Wa lā ḍarranī ghadru al-ghadūri wa qadḥuhu / Bi-Ṭāhā i‘tilā’ī dūna ḍarbin wa lā wakzī_

The treachery of the traitor and his slander shall not harm me; through Taha is my elevation without need for blow or strike.

**10.** نَفَى عَنِّيَ الْأَشْرَارَ طَهَ وَسَاقَ لِي / رِجَالَ التُّقَى وَالرُّشْدِ وَالْعِلْمِ وَالْفَوْزِ

_Nafā ‘anniya al-ashrāra Ṭāhā wa sāqa lī / Rijāla al-tuḳā wa al-rushdi wa al-‘ilmi wa al-fawzī_

Taha banished the wicked from me and brought toward me the men of piety, rectitude, knowledge, and success.

**11.** صَلاَحُ أَحِبَّائِي يَلُوحُ لِمُبْصِــــــرٍ / بِطَهَ حَبِيبِ اللّٰهِ فَوْزًا عَلَى فَــــوْزِ

_Ṣalāḥu aḥibbā’ī yalūḥu li-mubṣirin / Bi-Ṭāhā ḥabībi Allāhi fawzan ‘alā fawzī_

The righteousness of my loved ones is apparent to the one with sight through Taha, the Beloved of Allah—victory upon victory.

**12.** طَرِبْتُ بِذِكْرِ الْمُصْطَفَـى تِيَهًا بِـــهِ / فَلِي عِزَّةٌ بِالْمُصْطَفَى دُونَ مَا غَمْزِ

_Ṭaribtu bi-dhikri al-Muṣṭafā tīhānbihī / Fa-lī ‘izzatun bi-al-Muṣṭafā dūna mā ghamzī_

I have become ecstatic through the remembrance of the Chosen One, for I possess a might through him beyond any insinuation.

**13.** وَلِـيِّي صَفِيِّي مَلْجَئِي وَهْوَ مَرْكَزِي / عَلِيٌّ صَفِيٌّ دُونَ عَيْبٍ وَلاَ لَمْــــزِ

_Walīyyī ṣafiyyī malja’ī wahuwa markazī / ‘Alīyyun ṣafiyyun dūna ‘aybin wa lā lamzī_

My protector, my pure friend, my refuge, and he is my center; exalted and pure, without fault or reproach.

**14.** فَحَسْبِي إِلَـهِي وَالْأَمِينُ فَمَنْ يَكُــــنْ / بِرَبِّي فَمُكْفٍ شَرَّ ذِي اللَّمْزِ وَالْـهَمْزِ

_Fa-ḥasbī ilāhī wa al-amīnu fa-man yakun / Bi-rabbī fa-mukfin sharra dhī al-lamzi wa al-hamzī_

My God and the Trustworthy one are sufficient for me; for whoever is with my Lord is protected from the slanderer and backbiter.

**15.** أَيَا رَبِّ فَانْصُرْنِي عَلَى كُلِّ مَارِدٍ / فَيَنْدَمَ ذُو مَيْلٍ عَنِ الْحَقِّ وَالْعِـــــزِّ

_Ayā Rabbī fanṣurnī ‘alā kulli māridin / Fayandama dhū maylin ‘ani al-ḥaqqi wa al-‘izzī_

O Lord, grant me victory over every rebel, so that the one who swerves from the Truth and Glory may feel regret.

**16.** صَلاَةٌ وَتَسْلِيمٌ عَلَى خَيْــــرِ مُرْسَــــلٍ / وَآلٍ وَأَصْحَابٍ ذَوِي الْفَضْلِ وَالْحَوْزِ

_Ṣalātun wa taslīmun ‘alā khayri mursalīn / Wa ālin wa aṣḥābin dhawī al-faḍli wa al-ḥawzī_

Blessings and peace be upon the best of those sent, and upon the family and the companions, the people of virtue and attainment.
