**1.** قَلِيلُ وِدَادِ الْعَبْدِ فِيـكَ صَفَـــــاءُ / وَمَدْحُكَ مِنْ دَاءِ الْقُلُوبِ شِفَاءُ

_Qalīlu widādil ‘abdi fīka ṣafā’u / Wa madḥuka min dā’il qulūbi shifā’u_

Even a little of a servant’s love for you is pure clarity, And praising you is a cure for the diseases of the heart.

**2.** وَذِكْرُكَ يَا خَيْرَ الْأَنَامِ غَنِيمَـةٌ / وَلِلْمُبْتَغِي الْعَلْيَا سَنًا وَسَنَــاءُ

_Wa dhikruka yā khayral anāmi ghanīmatun / Wa lilmubtaghil ‘alyā sanan wa sanā’u_

Mentioning you, O Best of Mankind, is a great prize, And for the seeker of high stations, it is light and brilliance.

**3.** فَإِنَّكَ يَا يَاسِينُ طَـــهَ مُحَمَّـــــدٌ / أَتَاكَ مِنَ الْمَوْلَى الْجَلِيلِ ثَنَـــاءُ

_Fa’innaka yā Yāsīnu Ṭāhā Muḥammadun / Atāka minal Mawlal Jalīli thanā’u_

For you are Yasin, Taha, and Muhammad; Praise has come to you from the Majestic Lord.

**4.** وَقَدْ خَضَعَ الْعَرْشُ الْمَجِيدُ لِوَطْأَةٍ / فَإِنَّكَ فَـــــوْقَ الْكَائِنَــــاتِ سَمَـــاءُ

_Wa qad khada‘al ‘arshul majīdu liwaṭ’atin / Fa’innaka fawqal kā’ināti samā’u_

The Glorious Throne humbled itself for your footstep, For you are a heaven above all created beings.

**5.** وَصَلَّتْ بِكَ الْأَرْسَالُ وَالْكُلُّ خَادِمٌ / مِنَ الْحَضْرَةِ الْعُلْيَا أَتَـــــاهُ عَـــلاَءُ

_Wa ṣallat bikal arsālu wal kullu khādimun / Minal ḥaḍratil ‘ulyā atāhu ‘alā’u_

The Messengers prayed behind you and all are your servants; Exaltation came to them from the Most High Presence.

**6.** خَدِيمُكَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَطْمَعُ فِيــــكَ يَــــا / كَرِيمــاً بِـــهِ لِلْأَنْبِيَـــــاءِ عَطَــــاءُ

_Khadīmuka Ibrāhīmu yaṭma‘u fīka yā / Karīman bihi lil anbiyā’i ‘aṭā’u_

Your servant Ibrahim places his hopes in you, O Generous One, through whom the Prophets received their gifts.

**7.** وَأَنْتَ مُحِيطٌ بِالشُّؤُونِ فَـــلاَ أُرَى / أَنُصُّ عَلَى الْحَاجَاتِ مِنْكَ غَنَـــاءُ

_Wa anta muḥīṭun bish-shu’ūni falā urā / Anuṣṣu ‘alal ḥājāti minka ghanā’u_

You are aware of all affairs, so I do not see A need to list my requirements, for you are my sufficiency.

**8.** عَلَيْكَ صَلاَةُ اللّٰهِ ثُـــــــمَّ سَــــلاَمُهُ / صَلاَةً بِهَــــا يَنْفَــــــكُّ عَنْهُ غِطَاءُ

_‘Alayka ṣalātullāhi thumma salāmuhū / Ṣalātan bihā yanfakku ‘anhu ghiṭā’u_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and His peace; A prayer by which the veil is lifted from him.

**9.** عَلَيْكَ صَلاَةُ اللّٰهِ ثُـــــــمَّ سَلاَمُــــهُ / بِهَا يَنْجَلِي الظَّلْمَا وَنِيــلَ حِبَـــاءُ

_‘Alayka ṣalātullāhi thumma salāmuhū / Bihā yanjalīẓ-ẓalmā wa nīla ḥibā’u_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and His peace; By which the darkness is dispelled and gifts are attained.

**10.** عَلَيْكَ صَلاَةُ اللّٰهِ ثُــــــمَّ سَلاَمُـــــهُ / مَعَ الْآلِ طُرًّا مَنْ حَوَتْـــهُ عَبَـــاءُ

_‘Alayka ṣalātullāhi thumma salāmuhū / Ma‘al āli ṭurran man ḥawat-hu ‘abā’u_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and His peace; Along with all your Family, whom the Cloak encompassed.
