From Ad-Dawaawiinu s-Sitta · الدواوين الست by Sheikh Ibrahim Nyass

Ṣafā liya ḥubbu al-Hāshimiyyi wa-akhlaṣā
Lahu al-qalbu minniya al-ḥubba ḥīna takhallaṣā

The love of the Hashemite has become pure for me, and my heart has purified its love for him as it became free from all else.

Abītu urā‘ī al-najma laylan mugharridan
Wa-mā ṣaddanī man lāma aw man tanaq-qaṣā

I spend the night watching the stars, chanting like a bird, and I am not deterred by those who blame me or those who belittle.

Fa-inna kibāra al-nāsi bil-layli shughluhum
Rukū‘un wa-awrādun tarā al-kulla akhlaṣā

For the great ones among people, their occupation by night is bowing in prayer and litanies; you see them all being sincere.

Wa-dhā al-‘abdu ṭūla al-layli yas-haru munshidan
Qifā nabki aw zīran li-lāhin taraq-qaṣā

But this servant stays awake all night long chanting—be it "Stop and let us weep" or like a stringed instrument for a lover who dances.

Wa-dhālika dā’un aṣluhu ḥubbu Aḥmada
Wa-lastu wa-ḥaqqi al-ḥubbi lillāhi mukhliṣā

And that is an ailment whose origin is the love of Ahmad; and by the truth of love, I am not [yet] a sincere worshiper of Allah.

‘Alayka ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Wa-ālin wa-ṣaḥbin thumma man qad takhaṣ-ṣaṣā

Upon you be the prayer of Allah and then His peace, and upon the family and companions, and those who have attained a special station.
