Harfut Taa ·
From Ad-Dawaawiinu s-Sitta · الدواوين الست by Sheikh Ibrahim Nyass
Tawayta wa-qad tabbat yadāka wa-qad ‘anat
Kanīsatuka al-sawdā li-dīnī wa-adh‘anat
You have perished, and your hands are ruined, as your dark church has been humbled by my religion and has submitted.
Tuḥāribu dīna al-Hāshimiyyi wa-tazdarī
Kitāban karīman rāqa ma‘nan wa-dhā ‘anat
You fight the religion of the Hashemite and mock a Noble Book whose meanings are exquisite, yet that is but your own fatigue.
Wa-ji’ta bi-bā’i al-bu’si thumma damāri man
Ila Saqara tad‘ūhumu fi’atun baghat
You brought the "B" of misery and destruction for those whom a transgressing group calls toward the Hellfire.
Wa-fuztu bi-ḥubbi al-Hāshimiyyi qā’idan lahu
Dhawī al-fawzi fī al-dārayni idh kilmatī ‘alat
But I triumphed through the love of the Hashemite, a leader for those who succeed in both abodes, as my word has been raised high.
‘Alayhi ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Yazīdu bi-qalbi ḥubbu Aḥmada idh thabat
Upon him be the prayer of Allah and then His peace; the love of Ahmad increases in my heart as it remains firm.
‘Alayhi ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Qaṣā’idu zānat-hā ṣifātun lakum ghalat
Upon him be the prayer of Allah and then His peace; odes beautified by your attributes, which are of supreme value.
‘Alayhi ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Fa-badh-ru hawa al-Māḥī bi-qalbiya qad nabat
Upon him be the prayer of Allah and then His peace; for the seed of the Eraser's love has sprouted in my heart.
‘Alayhi ma‘a al-āli al-kirāmi wa-ṣaḥbihi
Ṣalātun wa-taslīmun nujūmun lanā badat
Upon him, along with the noble family and his companions; a prayer and peace that appear to us like stars.
