Harfuth Thaa ·
From Ad-Dawaawiinu s-Sitta · الدواوين الست by Sheikh Ibrahim Nyass
Thimārī bi-amdāḥī wa-inniya ḥārithu
Wa-bāna shaqā man qāla rabbīya thālithu
My fruits are found in my praises, and I am the one who cultivates them; while the wretchedness of those who say "My Lord is the third of three" has become manifest.
Wa-afḍalu mawjūdin Rasūlī Muḥammadu
Wa-dhālika ‘abdun fal-mukhālifu ‘ābithu
The most excellent of all existence is my Messenger Muhammad; he is a servant [of God], and whoever opposes this is merely trifling.
Fa-man qāda lil-ḥusnā yuwaḥ-ḥid wa-innamā
Al-ladhī qāla bit-tathlīthi fī al-arḍi ‘ā’ithu
Whoever leads toward goodness affirms Divine Unity; whereas he who speaks of the Trinity is a spreader of corruption in the land.
Sa‘idnā bi-dhā al-īmāni ḥīna shaqītumū
Bi-tathlīthikum raghman fa-dīnī wārithu
We have found happiness through this faith, while you have become wretched through your Trinity; despite all, my religion is the true inheritor.
Ṣalātun wa-ṣawmun wal-zakātu farīḍatun
Wa-ḥajjun wa-tazwījun fa-dhā al-dīnu lābithu
Prayer, Fasting, and Zakat are obligations—along with Hajj and Marriage—for this religion is enduring.
Banā al-dīna Ṭāhā al-Hāshimiyyu Muḥammadu
Fa-innī madā dahrī bi-dhā al-dīni mākithu
Taha, the Hashemite, Muhammad, built this religion; and I shall remain firmly within this religion for all of time.
‘Alayhi ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Taqīnā shurūra al-siḥri in kāna nāfithu
Upon him be the prayer of Allah and then His peace; protecting us from the evils of magic, should there be any blowers [of spells].
‘Alayhi ṣalātu Allāhi thumma salāmuhu
Wa-ālin wa-ṣaḥbin mā al-muḥibbu yunāfithu
Upon him be the prayer of Allah and then His peace, and upon the family and companions, as long as the lover continues his intimate discourse.
