From [Ad-Dawaawiinu s-Sitta · الدواوين الست](https://qasaaid.zayfir.app/app/qasaaid/691f292bc02b144934a4ec1f) by [Sheikh Ibrahim Nyass](https://qasaaid.zayfir.app/app/authors/69172463686829cc1d041df5)

_Fa-hal ḥāna waṣlun min ḥabībin fa-tabhaju / ʿalā dhāka nafsī wa-ḍ ḍiyā’u yatabal-laju_

Has the time of union with the Beloved arrived, so that my soul may rejoice and the light may break forth?

_Taʿawwaqtu ʿāman lā uṭīqu ziyādatan / ʿalayhi wa nāru-sh shawqui minnī ta’aj-jaju_

I was hindered for a year and cannot bear more; the fire of longing is kindled within me.

_ʿAsānī wa laytī idh aḥul-lu bi-Ṭaybatin / yuʿāniqunī Ṭāhā-l amīnu wa yabhaju_

Perhaps, and how I wish, when I arrive in Tayba, the trustworthy Taha will embrace me and rejoice.

_Wa yuʿṭī murādī thamma baṭnan wa ẓāhiran / yukhaṣ-ṣiṣunī bayna-l wufūdi fa-abhaju_

And grant me my desire, inwardly and outwardly, distinguishing me among the delegations so that I may be delighted.

_Huwa-l ʿabdu ʿAbdu-llāhi sayyidu khalqihi / buḥūru ʿaṭāyā kaffihi tatamaw-waju_

He is the servant, the servant of Allah, the master of His creation; the seas of his hand's generosity are surging.

_Ḥabāhu ilāhu-l ʿarshi fa-ḥtal-la maqʿadan / mina-l qurbi wa-t tamkīni fahuwa-l mutaw-waju_

The Lord of the Throne endowed him, and he occupied a seat of proximity and empowerment; he is the crowned one.

_Liwā-l ḥamdi fī kaffayhi fahuwa shafīʿunā / wa qad fataḥū-l khulda-l jināna fa-yūliju_

The banner of praise is in his hands, for he is our intercessor; and they have opened the eternal Paradise, and he enters.

_Wa Nūḥun wa Mūsā wa-l khalīlu ka-Ādama / wa ʿĪsā aqar-rū lā siwan minhu makhraju_

Noah, Moses, the Friend (Abraham), like Adam and Jesus, have affirmed that there is no exit except through him.

_Fa-yashfaʿu maḥmūdu-l maqāmi mushaf-faʿan / wa inniya bi-madḥi-l hāshimiyyi thamma alhaju_

The one of the Praiseworthy Station shall intercede as an accepted intercessor; and I, through the praise of the Hashemite, am constantly chanting.

_Aqūlu wa aʿnīhu hawan wa ṣabābatan / laka-l faḍlu wa-t taqdīmu qafwuka manhaju_

I speak and I mean him out of love and passion; to you belongs the merit and precedence, and following you is the path.

_Ḥabāka ilāhī wa-l ʿaṭā’u bi-qadrihi / wasīlatahu-l ʿuẓmā wa nūruka ablaju_

My God endowed you—and the gift is according to His stature—with the greatest means, and your light is most bright.

_Hunāka tarānī lā’idhan bi-jiwārihi / ʿurūjī bihi wa-l kullu bi-l ʿabdi yaʿruju_

There you see me taking refuge in his proximity; my ascension is through him, and everyone ascends through the servant.

_Ayā ayyuha-l maḥmūdu yā afḍala-l warā / ataytuka lā ulfā li-ghayrika anhaju_

O you who are praised, O best of mankind, I have come to you; I shall not be found following any path but yours.

_Khara-jtu wa aḥwālu-l bilādi takad-darat / ila man yuṣaf-fīhā mina-ḍ ḍīqi yukhriju_

I set out while the conditions of the lands were troubled, toward the one who purifies them and brings them out of distress.

_Yaqūlūna lā takh-ruj bi-dhā-l ʿāmi innahum / yaṣud-dūna ʿan dhā-l Bayti wa-l amru muzʿiju_

They say: "Do not set out this year, for they are blocking the way to the House and the matter is disturbing."

_Fa-qultu matā asʿā li-Ṭāhā tafat-taḥat / maṣārīʿu abwābi-l munā wa utaw-waju_

But I said: Whenever I strive toward Taha, the leaves of the doors of desires are opened and I am crowned.

_Kadhalika in ṭawwa-ftu bi-l Bayti sā’ilan / tafat-taḥa bābun lā yurā baʿdu yurtaju_

Likewise, if I circumambulate the House asking, a door is opened that shall never be seen closed again.

_Bi-Makkata bi-l masʿā bi-ḥijrin bi-Zamzamin / umāshī rasūla-llāhi wa-l madḥa ansiju_

In Mecca, at the Mas'a, at the Hijr, at Zamzam, I walk with the Messenger of Allah and weave my praise.

_Qadi-htazza Baytu-llāhi idh ṭuftu sā’ilan / li-dīniya naṣran wa-l ʿidā tatahay-yaju_

The House of Allah trembled when I circumambulated asking for victory for my religion while the enemies are agitated.

_Qadi-htazza Baytu-llāhi idh ṭuftu sā’ilan / li-dīniya naṣran wa-l ʿidā tatahay-yaju_

The House of Allah trembled when I circumambulated asking for victory for my religion while the enemies are agitated.

_Ka-anniya bi-l māḥī yu’as-sisu dawlatan / ladā-l jamrati-l ukhrā wa shawqī muhay-yagu_

It is as if I see the Eraser (the Prophet) establishing a state at the other Jamrah, while my longing is stirred.

_Fa-dam-mir Yahūda-l Qudsi maz-ziq jumūʿahum / walā tubqi minhum man li-nārin yu’aj-jiju_

So destroy the Jews of Jerusalem, tear apart their gatherings, and do not leave any of them who kindle a fire.

_Wa tanṣuru qawmī qawma Aḥmada ʿājilan / li-yafraḥa kullu-l muslimīna wa yalhajū_

And grant victory to my people, the people of Ahmad, swiftly, so that all Muslims may rejoice and chant.

_Wa tashghalu man wāla-l Yahūda bi-shar-rihim / wa anfusahum law bi-ṣ ṣawārīkhi daj-jajū_

And occupy those who allied with the Jews with their own evil, even if they were heavily armed with missiles.

_Fa-minnī-l ladhī minnī wa minka takar-rumā / atā-l khayru kullu-l khayri wa-l ʿabdu aḥwaju_

From me is what is from me, and from You, out of generosity, has come all good—and the servant is in most need.

_Fa-da’buka hadhā yā ilāhī wa innanī / kabirtu ʿala-t taqṣīri wa-n nafsu aʿwaju_

This is Your custom, O my God; and I have grown old in shortcoming while the soul is crooked.

_Fa-yā rabbi ʿafwan yā rasūlu shafāʿatan / laka-l jūdu wa-l iḥsānu wa-l ḥālu yuzʿiju_

O Lord, pardon; O Messenger, intercession; to you belongs generosity and excellence while the situation is disturbing.

_Ataytuka yā khayra-l bariyyati ḍāriʿan / wa ṣadrī idhā mā ji’tu Ṭaybata yathluju_

I have come to you, O best of creation, pleading; and my chest, when I come to Tayba, is cooled with joy.

_Ataytu bi-ṣinwī thumma ahlī wa ildatī / wa ṣaḥbī wa aḥbābī bi-bābika nafluju_

I came with my kinsman, then my family and my children, and my companions and beloveds—at your door we triumph.

_Wa anta-l ladhī lawlāka mā dharra shāriqun / walawlāka nūru-l ḥaqqi lā yatabal-laju_

You are the one who, were it not for you, no sun would have dawned, and were it not for you, the light of Truth would not break forth.

_Tajalla ʿalayka-llāhu fī-l ghaybi wāḥidan / bika-n nāsu kullu-n nāsi yuhdā wa yufraju_

Allah manifested to you in the Unseen as One; through you, all people are guided and relieved.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / taʿawwadtu minka-l faḍla lā atalaj-laju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; I have become accustomed to favor from you and I do not hesitate.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / ka-ghaythin mina-l wasmiyyi idh yatathaj-thaju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; like a spring rain when it pours abundantly.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / wa min wālidī lā zāla ghawthan yufar-riju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; and from my father, who remains a rescuer who relieves.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / wa taqbalu ḥajjī thumma man qad uḥajjiju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; and may You accept my Hajj and then those I help to perform Hajj.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / ṣalātan shadhāhā lam yanal-hu banaf-saju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; a blessing whose fragrance even the violet has not attained.

_ʿAlayka ṣalātu-llāhi thumma salāmuhu / madā kawninā bi-l muṣṭafa-l qarmi nabhaju_

Upon you be the blessings of Allah and then His peace; as long as our existence rejoices in the noble Mustafa.
