Opening verses

يَقُولُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ نَجْلُ الْحَاجِ
عَبْدِ الإِلَـٰهِ بَـدْرِنَا الْوَهَّـاجِ

Yaqūlu Ibrāhīmu najlu al-Ḥāji
‘Abdi al-Ilāhi badrinā al-wahhājī

Says Ibrahim, the son of Hajj Abd al-llah, our blazing full moon!

مِنْ بَعْدِ بِسْــمِ اللّٰهِ ثُــمَّ الْحَمْــدِ
لِلّٰهِ ذِي الطَّوْلِ الْعَظِيمِ الْمَجْدِ

Min ba‘di Bismi Allāhi thumma al-ḥamdi
lillāhi dhī al-ṭawli al-‘aẓīmi al-majdi

After invoking the name of Allah, then praise is due to Allah, Generous and Grand in Majesty
